You don’t need an epic kitchen to make epic food

This dish proves you don’t need all the latest equipment or complicated techniques to achieve greatness in your food. This recipe, ‘Moules à la Juan José,’ was devised by reppic chef Juan José, inspired by Belgian style moules, with a hint of Spanish chorizo, and Eastern lemon grass. True fusion.

We recreated this unique combination of tastes in a student flat consisting of a metre-squared kitchen sporting two electric hob rings.
